Perez University College(Perez-UC) has appointed a new Rector in the person of Prof. J.S.Y. Kuma. Prof. Kuma’s appointment took effect from September 1, 2021.

Prof. Kuma is a former Vice-Chancellor of University of Mines and Technology(UmaT), Tarkwa and one-time chairman of Vice-Chancellors Ghana(VCG). He brings on board his experiences of many years of tertiary administration.

We believe that Prof. Kuma’s knowledge, skills, and experience would be a great fit for our University College, which vision is to be a Top Class Institution. It is our hope that he will enjoy his role and make significant contribution to the overall success of Perez-UC.
