The vision of Perez-UC is to be a top-class Christian entrepreneurial University College with local, national, and international influence. This institution is aspiring to be one of the best university colleges in Ghana by training young people to be firmly grounded in Christian values, that is to have sound character and imbibed in the culture of entrepreneurship to enable graduates to be able to set-up their businesses, be independent and employ others. In doing this, our graduates are being trained to become change makers in society.

The mission of the Institution is to produce critical thinkers, morally sound, entrepreneurial in outlook and able to provide solutions to societal challenges. People who can effect change are those who think critically and as a result are able to see beyond the obvious and take advantage of opportunities that are not evident, but which have great potential to become viable ventures. Perez-UC is training graduates to have the capacity to transform lives and add value to society. To be such a graduate, you need to commit yourself to diligence, moral fortitude, and integrity.

Remember that as you have enrolled to attend Perez-UC, you have signed-up to become a top-class Christian entrepreneur; a change maker! However, this desire can only become a reality if you commit yourself to discipline your behaviour, reshaping and transforming yourself into a man or woman of good character and skill. We therefore expect you to strive to be the best by the time you graduate. Once again, welcome to the Perez family.
